ABOUT LA POSADA PARADISO
La Posada Paradiso is a boutique mini-resort located in Jávea in the beautiful, highly sought-after area of Portichol.
The Posada consists of 4 tastefully decorated spacious apartments. The 4 apartments are located in two houses; the green house with 2 apartments for 4 people and the white house with 2 apartments suitable for 6 people. `Each apartment has a contemporary, beautiful design, high-quality box-spring beds, a living area with smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The 6-person apartments have 3 bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms. All apartments are air-conditioned and have a private terrace. The shared kidney-shaped swimming pool is beautifully situated in the middle of the lush Mediterranean garden. We have parking spaces in the closed area. La Posada Paradiso is an oasis surrounded by a lush tropical garden, close to the sea and the Arenal beach in Jávea is also around the corner. So truly the best of both worlds.
THE AREA
La Posada Paradiso is located in Jávea in the beautiful, highly sought after area of Portichol. It is a 5-minute drive to Jávea Arenal where there are many shops, restaurants and of course the pleasant sandy beach. From our Posada you can walk to the sea in 5 minutes! The beautiful bay of Cala Baracca and Cap Marti /Cala Sardinera can be reached on foot in a beautiful 20 minute walk. The nice towns of Denia, Moraira, Altea and Calpe are all about a 20 to 25 minute drive away and for a day of shopping or culture, you can easily drive to Valencia or Alicante. The airports from Alicante and Valencia are both around 70 minutes drive from our location and have multiple daily flights to and from many European destinations.
THE CASITAS
CASITA BLANCA 1
On the first floor of Casita Blanca you will find this spacious attractively furnished apartment. The apartment consists of three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms. The beds are box-spring beds and both the bedrooms and the living area are equipped with new silent air conditioners. In the living room there is a sitting area with a TV with Google Chromecast so you can stream your own series. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, gas stove, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and a fridge-freezer combination and of course a dining table. The covered private terrace located in the garden with fruit trees with a lounge sofa and dining table so that you can eat outside. You can park your car on our property near the house and there is also room for a bicycle on the property.
CASITA BLANCA 2
This cozy, spacious six-person apartment is located on the ground floor of the white house. There are three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, quality box-spring beds, two bathrooms and a living room with an open kitchen. Both the bedrooms and the living area are equipped with new silent air conditioners. The living area has a spacious sofa, a TV with Google Chromecast so you can stream your own series. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, gas stove, Nespresso machine, kettle, dishwasher and fridge-freezer combination and of course a large dining table. and your own covered private terrace (again with dining table and sitting area) with cozy lighting. You can park your car on our property near the house.
CASITA OLIVA 1
This beautiful spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor of the green house and consists of two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, quality box-spring beds and a bathroom. Both the bedrooms and the living area are equipped with new silent air conditioners. The living area has a nice chaise-longue sofa, a TV with Google Chromecast so you can stream your own series. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, gas stove, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, kettle, fridge-freezer combination and of course a dining table. From the window you have a beautiful view over the garden, the sun set and a view of the beautiful Montgo mountain. Behind the house you have access to your own private terrace with a dining table and a nice lounge seat.
CASITA OLIVA 2
On the ground floor of the olive-green house is the 4-person apartment, which consists of two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and high-quality box-spring beds, two bathrooms and a living area with an open kitchen. Both the bedrooms and the living area are equipped with new silent air conditioners. There is a spacious chaise longue sofa and a TV with Google Chromecast so you can stream your own series. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, gas stove, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, kettle, a fridge-freezer combination and of course a dining table. You can eat on your own private terrace or watch the sunset overlooking the valley. You can park your car near the house on our private property.
SERVICE
Outdoor kitchen
We have an outdoor kitchen with BBQ area and Pizza oven that can be used.
Garden
Next to the garden around the pool we have a sundeck and a Bali style cabana for afternoon naps or lazing with a book.
Swimming pool
The swimming pool is for shared use and is cleaned twice a week. On the lawn around the pool are sunbeds and a parasol.
Free Fast Wifi
We have a very fast fiber wifi connection so you can watch movies or have a video call with the home front or maybe be a digital nomad working from home.
Towels & Cleaning
Towels and bed linen are included but please bring your own bath towel. Cleaning after your stay is mandatory, but you can also request an interim cleaning for a fee.
Parking
You can park on site.
Drinking water
A drinking water tap is installed in all casitas so that our guests do not have to carry around plastic bottles also helping the environment.
Environmentally conscious
At Posasa Paradiso we invest in more sustainability by collecting rainwater and generating solar energy. We separate the waste and hope that our guests use water and energy sparingly and separate waste mindfully.
Dogs
At Posasa Paradiso, two lovely dogs live on site. Unfortunately, other pets are therefor not allowed.

Go to Valencia or Alicante for a day for culture and shopping, eating in the food market Els Magazines or the famous tapas street Cala Loreta in Denia, take a morning walk to Cala Baracca for breakfast at the attractive restaurant Cala Clemence, take a kayak or snorkel tour in the clear aqua blue water of Cala Granadella, join a bodega tour in the Jalon valley, get a fish at the fish auction in Jávea port, visit the Saturday flea market in Jalon or Sunday market in Jesus Pobre, go horse riding, do a bird safari, take a bike ride or hike through the beautiful inland or the nature reserve at the MontGo, run a round of golf on one of the golf courses nearby, swim in one of the beautiful bays between Benissa and Jávea, enjoy a delicious lunch at Olibaba on the sandy beach of Oliva beach or take a Kiteles there, visit one of the restaurants or bars on the Arenal, go to the Algar waterfalls and the nearby castle Guadalest in the interior of Altea or visit the caves at Benidoleig.. This is only a fraction of what you can do on the Costa Blanca so... ENJOY!!

La Posada Paradiso is a nice and quiet place with different cosy and nicely styled apartments. We stayed at Casita Blanca 2, which is right at the garden and pool. The apartment is very comfortable, every bedroom has an air conditioner and the kitchen is well equipped. Even a blender for fresh fruit shakes. We really loved our stay and the hosts are absolutely great and helpful. Hope to go back soon!

What a wonderful time we have spent here! After all the great tips and trips to picturesque bays, nice restaurants and beach clubs, it feels like 'coming home' here every time. A wonderful oasis of peace among the flowers and trees and dogs. It's a shame that we only saw each other for a short time, but it took us a long time to get to know you as a caring and pleasant hostess. We have been here for 4 days now and La Posada Paradiso is, as the name suggests, a green paradise. Tomorrow we are going to another house that we have already booked, but that will certainly be a disappointment compared to this oasis of peace. The house that we rent is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated and super equipped; from wine glasses to a Nespresso coffee machine, orange press, we really lack nothing. Equipment is brand new. The beds are good and the air conditioning keeps the bedroom nice and cool. The terrace in front of our house has a beautiful view of the mountains (the hinterland) and you are very private here;, great to eat our breakfast here in the morning. Then a dip in the pool and the beach is within walking distance. The owners Terry and Rikje are super hospitable but also let you do your own thing. They provide a very relaxed holiday vibe, although the cicadas that are here all day also, certainly contribute to that tropical feeling. I can't think of anything negative to mention in this review… well, only that we have to leave again tomorrow. .. we will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laposada Paradiso. Rikje and Terry made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartment was simple, stylish and contained everything that we needed whilst we were there. If there was anything we didn't have, nothing was too much for Terry and Rikje who were there and happy to help. The apartment was fully air-conditioned which was a welcome relief from the heat of the day. Our children loved having Jimmy and Beau (the resident dogs) around to greet them every day and to play with. The apartment was a 10-minute walk away from beautiful beaches that were great for snorkelling and had stunning views and great places to eat. Having a pool was great for us to cool off in after a busy day out or just to relax around. Rikje was helpful in providing information about the local area, such as places to eat or go. We would 100% recommend a stay here and will definitely be back again soon.
